Raffaella’s experience spans almost 30 years, during which she’s worked as an art director, a graphic designer, a photographer, a writer, a brand & communication designer, a strategist, a translator, a coach, and a teacher.

thesign doesn’t do spec work, because spec work is bad for everyone, and it’s a practice we are not interested in supporting.
The large portfolio of work attests thesign’s style, approach and experience: we are open to compensated bids, and we will gladly discuss any of our projects in details, if you need reassurance or are simply curious.
But, thesign does not work speculatively, and does not work for free, unless we choose to support – as we do – causes we feel strongly about, through volunteering our time and talents.
